These terms govern your use of ADOK Tourism (Adok Enterprises) and any trip you book through this site.
1. Booking and payment
By booking a trip through our site you accept these terms. A booking is confirmed only when payment is verified by our payment gateway. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Some trips require partial payment to hold your seat with the balance payable at boarding.
2. Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the trip. Cancellations inside 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable. Some trips may have different terms, which are shown on the trip page before booking.
3. What is included
Each trip page lists inclusions and exclusions. For Mumbai Darshan, bus transport is included. Entry tickets, guide tips, meals and optional add-ons may be extra. Guide service is compulsory on Mumbai Darshan and is paid directly on the bus.
4. Passenger responsibilities
At least one passenger per booking must be 18 or older. Passengers must carry valid government ID for pickup and check-in. You are responsible for following guide and driver instructions during the trip.
5. Changes by ADOK
We may need to change pickup points, timings, or cancel a departure due to weather, minimum headcount, or operational reasons. In that case we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative date.
