When you book a trip or send an inquiry we collect your name, phone number, email, passenger details, and payment reference. We may also collect photos you upload for galleries and your device information for security and analytics.
2. How we use it
We use your details to confirm bookings, send trip updates, handle payments, and provide customer support. With your consent we may use your contact information for trip recommendations and marketing. We never sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share passenger details only where required for the trip, such as with payment processors, transport providers, and guides. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Data retention
We keep booking and passenger data for as long as needed to fulfil your booking and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data where we no longer need to keep it.
